Request private-beta consideration.

The Crop Urbanis Platform operates as an internal MVP. Crop Urbanis considers a limited number of organisations for a scoped private beta focused on real controlled-environment agriculture project workflows. Access is reviewed individually; it is not public, automatic or self-service.

Who can be considered

Defined CEA project and product-workflow contexts.

Crop Urbanis assesses fit with the current Platform modules, product-learning value and appropriate data and professional boundaries.

CEA developers and project sponsors

Organisations preparing a vertical farm, hydroponic greenhouse, expansion or material redesign.

Operators

Teams with a defined project, data or operating workflow that matches the current Platform scope.

Investors and due-diligence teams

Organisations evaluating project evidence, assumptions, supplier information and scenario records.

Suppliers and integrators

Partners working with structured requirements, equipment specifications, interfaces and delivery dependencies.

Research organisations

Teams evaluating document intelligence, scenario reliability, agronomic retrieval, model evaluation or later sensor/image workflows.

Engineering and delivery partners

Qualified organisations interested in controlled project records, responsibility mapping, handover and commissioning inputs.

What a selected scope can cover

One organisation or project, defined deliberately.

A selected scope may include a configured organisational or project workspace, permitted project and supplier information, requirements and constraint mapping, supplier-document processing, scenario and comparison workflow, expert-review records, controlled project outputs and agreed feedback and evaluation. The exact modules depend on fit and readiness.

Data boundary
Permitted categories and source rights are agreed before exchange.
Named responsibility
Users, reviewers, support and acceptance criteria are scoped.
Lifecycle
Retention, export and deletion terms are specified separately.

How selection works

Four deliberate steps.

Submission does not guarantee access. Crop Urbanis may propose private-beta scope, project-development engagement, research or technical collaboration, later follow-up, or no engagement where fit is outside current scope.

High-level enquiry

Submit organisational, project and use-case context without confidential files.

Fit review

Crop Urbanis reviews use case, project stage, organisation, data categories, responsible reviewers, confidentiality, desired outcome and technical scope.

Scope definition

Modules, users, data boundary, responsibilities, support, evaluation criteria, commercial terms, retention and deletion conditions are defined where fit exists.

Separate agreement

Access begins only after relevant written terms are agreed.

What private beta is not

Selective, scoped and professionally bounded.

Private beta does not mean public self-service, automatic acceptance, autonomous engineering or agronomy, guaranteed project outcomes, transfer of professional responsibility, or permission to send confidential material through this public form.

Data notice
Submit high-level context only. Do not upload confidential project files, supplier documents, personal data or regulated information through this public form. Detailed material is exchanged only after a controlled route is agreed.

Controlled intake

Request private-beta consideration

Crop Urbanis will review the organisation, use case and current product fit. Where a suitable scope exists, we will contact you to discuss access, data, responsibilities and terms.

Working on a farm project rather than a product evaluation?

Use the project route for feasibility, project development, supplier coordination, commissioning or agronomic implementation.
