Overview

Ilia Sukhodolov EI, trading as Crop Urbanis, processes personal data submitted through cropurbanis.com for contact, project, private-beta, partnership and recruitment enquiries, website operation, security and legal administration.

Product access

The public website does not create a Platform account. Selected organisations may receive scoped private-beta access under separate written terms. The public form has no file-upload control and is not a route for confidential project material, supplier documents, detailed financial models, passwords, security information or other sensitive data.

Information we may receive

• Contact, work email, organisation, role and country.
• High-level project, product, partnership or research context; project stage; intended use case; data categories; confidentiality considerations; and preferred timing.
• Booking details if you choose to use the separate Calendly scheduling service.
• Technical request, device and security information needed to deliver, secure or troubleshoot the public site.
• A local cookie-consent preference when browser storage is available.

How we use information

• Route and respond to enquiries.
• Take steps requested before a possible project, private-beta or partnership agreement.
• Operate, secure and improve the public site and prevent abuse.
• Meet legal, accounting and rights-request obligations.

Private-beta product data

If an organisation is selected, Platform data processing is governed through separate terms or a data-processing agreement. That document defines purpose, data categories, roles, subprocessors, location, access, retention, export and deletion. Do not submit confidential project files through the public form.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, Crop Urbanis relies on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations. We use only the basis applicable to the relevant processing.

Service providers

Cloudflare Pages serves the public static site and may process technical request information. Web3Forms processes and forwards public-form submissions to the configured recipient. Calendly processes booking interactions only if you open or use its scheduler. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation and, where applicable, the relevant agreement with Crop Urbanis.

Retention

Website enquiries are retained only as long as necessary for routing, follow-up, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Private-beta retention is defined in the applicable scope or agreement. We do not state a universal provider-retention period where it depends on a provider’s current service terms.

International transfers

Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, Crop Urbanis applies the relevant contractual and legal transfer mechanism where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Contact info@cropurbanis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Third-party material and links

External websites, scheduling services, documents, logos, photographs and other third-party material remain subject to their own notices and rights. Public project records state their attribution and evidence boundary; they do not create a customer, beta or performance claim beyond the information expressly published.
