Terms & Conditions
Platform status notice
The Crop Urbanis Platform operates as an internal MVP. Selected organisations may receive scoped private-beta access under separate written terms. The public website does not create an account or a right of access.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cropurbanis.com, its public forms, downloads, project-evidence records and links to external services.
2. Website purpose
The website provides information about Crop Urbanis, the Platform, CEA solutions, research, project work, private-beta access and partnerships. Public information may evolve and is not a binding offer.
3. Platform access
The Crop Urbanis Platform operates as an internal MVP. Selected organisations may receive scoped private-beta access under separate written terms. Platform access, modules, users, data, support, fees, evaluation criteria, responsibilities, confidentiality and termination are governed by the relevant private-beta or commercial agreement. A form submission, booking or website visit does not create a customer, beta or access commitment.
4. Professional responsibility
Crop Urbanis software supports information, scenario and decision workflows. It does not replace regulated engineering, agronomic responsibility, legal advice, investment advice, supplier warranties or project acceptance by qualified parties. The organisation and qualified professionals retain responsibility for agronomy, engineering, safety, regulation, supplier confirmation, commercial decisions and commissioning.
5. No guarantee
Project outcomes depend on source data, assumptions, project design, third parties, implementation and operation. Unless expressly agreed, the website does not provide performance, yield, savings, return or viability guarantees.
6. Public submissions and confidentiality
Public forms accept high-level context only and have no file-upload control. Do not submit confidential project material, supplier quotations, drawings, detailed financial models, passwords, security information or other sensitive data through the form, email or scheduler. Confidentiality starts only under an applicable agreement or where legally required.
7. Projects, evidence and external links
Published project records state their relationship, attribution, evidence and limitation labels. They do not by themselves prove current Platform use, customer status, transferable performance or a current engagement. External sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Intellectual property
Website and Platform intellectual property remain with their respective owner. Organisation data and output rights are defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party material, logos, photographs, videos, links and archive sources remain subject to their owners’ rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers product, project or third-party intellectual-property rights.
9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, overload the site, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted material or submit information you do not have the right to share.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crop Urbanis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or reliance on general information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. The revised version and date will be published on this page. For questions, email info@cropurbanis.com.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
