Owns the decision objective, authorised project material, commercial priorities, final organisational acceptance and designation of responsible reviewers.

External specialists and suppliers
Own engineering confirmation, supplier warranties and claims, regulatory or safety review, contractual commitments, installation and commissioning responsibilities within their scope.
