Resource / technical brief

Technical architecture of the Crop Urbanis internal MVP.

The brief explains the product data flow, AI role, deterministic services, review controls, immediate cloud requirements and private-beta deployment stage.

Architecture

AI, deterministic services and professional review have distinct roles.

AI assists document extraction, terminology normalisation, evidence retrieval, comparison, missing-information detection and controlled drafting. Deterministic services handle units, calculations, assumptions, sensitivities and scenarios. Qualified professionals retain responsibility for consequential decisions.

Controlled project record

Source information, versions, requirements, constraints, alternatives and review records.

Scoped organisational beta

Named users, data boundary, responsibilities, support and evaluation are defined by scope.

Cloud deployment priorities

From internal MVP to secure organisational environments.

The next stage needs application compute, managed database, object storage, document workers, model inference, vector retrieval, queues, authentication, tenant separation, audit logs, monitoring, backups, recovery and EU-region deployment.

Workloads
Document processing, retrieval, scenario services and controlled outputs.
Controls
Identity, separation, logging, secrets, monitoring and recovery.

Boundary

The brief is not a certification or public-demo claim.

It does not claim public self-service, a public upload route, customer data publication, certifications, SLA, guaranteed outcomes or autonomous professional approval.

Current status
Operational internal MVP · selected organisations considered for private beta.
